Founder of Sodalit Family calls to strengthen the Christian identity
Lima, 14/10/07, (Church News). - To strengthen the identity of Catholics in Latin America to be authentic “disciples and missionaries " of Jesus Christ was the invitation made yesterday by D. L. F. Figari, founder of the Sodalit Family, offering the first lecture at the Second National Missionary Congress in Peru. The meeting, which concluded today, was opened in Lima, the Peruvian capital by the Archbishop of Lima, Cardinal Juan Luis Cipriani.
Under the title "The Christian: disciple and missionary of Christ" the founder of various ecclesial associations offered important guidelines to encourage, within Latin America, a new evangelization which involves a consistent and committed Christian life.
