113 thousand children celebrated "Christmas is Jesus" throughout Peru
Lima, 26/12/07, (Sodalit News). - The Christian Life Movement (CLM) reached 113 thousand children with their campaign "Christmas is Jesus" conducted in December with the help of many young and adult volunteers, and corporations. The celebrations were held in different shanty towns in Lima, Arequipa, Chimbote, Lima, Huanuco, Huancayo, Iquitos, Piura and Trujillo.
"Christmas is Jesus" is a charitable initiative that promotes the animation of Christmas celebration, in its true Christian spirit, with carols and accompanied festively with chocolate, cake and gifts. In addition to various cities mentioned, this campaign was present in Chincha.
